Job summary

Straumann Group in Norway seeks a Territory Manager Implants to drive growth of the implant business across the territory, managing existing accounts and developing new business with dentists, surgeons and implantologists. You will combine in-person visits with digital meetings to translate customer insights into action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in dental or related field.
• Prior sales experience with dentists and dental labs is advantageous.
• Experience in consultative B2B selling is advantageous.
• Fluency in the local language and English.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Territory growth and commercial ownership: manage territory to maximize sales and meet objectives.
• Customer engagement: build relationships with dental practices and key opinion leaders.
• Sales execution and collaboration: support launches, negotiate prices, and close orders; participate in trade shows and trainings.
