Job summary

Straumann Group in Norway is seeking a Territory Manager Implants to drive growth across the assigned territory. You will manage existing accounts, develop new business and build trusted relationships with dentists, surgeons and implantologists, delivering consultative solutions and achieving revenue targets.

You will combine in-person visits with digital meetings, translate customer insights into action and collaborate with Education, Marketing and Customer Services to ensure successful product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in dental or related field.
• Sales experience with dental professionals is a plus.
• Consultative B2B selling experience is advantageous.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven, proactive, and independent worker.
• Team-oriented with integrity.
