Job summary

Straumann Group in Norway is seeking a Territory Manager Implants to drive growth of our implant business across Norway. You will manage existing accounts, develop new business and build trusted relationships with dentists, surgeons and implantologists.

The role blends in-person visits with digital meetings, uses a consultative B2B selling approach, and requires strong execution, language fluency in Norwegian and English, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in dental or related field.
• Sales experience with dentists or dental labs is beneficial.
• Consultative B2B selling experience is advantageous.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English is required.
• Valid driver’s license is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned geographic territory to maximize sales and meet objectives.
• Plan and execute a territory activity plan and grow new business with dental professionals.
• Build long-term relationships with dental practices and key opinion leaders.
• Educate customers on Straumann Group portfolio through in-clinic and digital sessions.
• Negotiate prices and delivery times to close sales and meet revenue targets.
• Participate in regional and national events and collaborate cross-functionally.
