Job summary

Straumann Group in Norway is seeking a Territory Manager Implants to drive implant business growth across the region. You will manage existing accounts, develop new opportunities, and build trusted relationships with dentists, surgeons and implantologists through a mix of in-person visits and digital sessions.

You will translate customer insights into action using a consultative selling approach, plan territory activities, and collaborate with Marketing, Education and Customer Services to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in dental or related industry.
• Prior sales experience with dentists and dental labs is advantageous.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English is required.
• Valid driver's license and strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned geographic territory to maximize sales revenue and meet country-specific sales objectives.
• Plan and execute a territory activity plan based on the potential of each account.
• Grow existing accounts and identify, target and convert new business with dentists, surgeons and implantologists.
• Educate customers on the Straumann Group portfolio through in-clinic and digital sessions; build long-term relationships with practices and labs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Education, Marketing, Customer Services and Field Sales across franchises.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and participate in regional/national events and trainings.
