Job summary

Straumann Group in Norway is seeking a Territory Manager Implants to grow our implant business across the country. You will manage existing accounts, develop new business and build trusted relationships with dentists, surgeons and implantologists.

Combining in-person visits with digital meetings, you will translate customer insights into action, apply a consultative selling approach, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the dental or related industry.
• Prior sales experience with dentists and dental labs is an advantage.
• Experience and proficiency in consultative B2B selling is an advantage.
• Fluency in the local language (Norwegian) and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned geographic territory to maximize sales revenue and meet country-specific sales objectives.
• Plan and execute a territory activity plan based on the potential of each account.
• Grow existing accounts and identify, target and convert new business with dentists, surgeons and implantologists.
• Use customer insights, data and analytics to identify opportunities, prioritize activity and manage risks.
