Straumann Group is seeking a Territory Manager Implants to drive growth across Norway. You will manage existing accounts, develop new business and build trusted relationships with dentists, surgeons and implantologists.

The role blends in-person visits with digital meetings, requiring a consultative B2B approach and strong execution to hit quarterly and annual sales targets. Fluency in Norwegian and English is required, with nationwide travel expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in dental or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Grow territory sales revenue and meet local objectives.
• Build relationships with dental practices, labs and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Educate customers on Straumann portfolio via in-clinic and digital sessions (Zoom/Teams).
• Collaborate with Education, Marketing and Customer Services to support launches and trainings.
