Job summary

Straumann Group in Norway is seeking a Territory Manager Implants to drive growth across the country. You will manage existing accounts, develop new business and build trusted relationships with dentists, surgeons and implantologists, across dental practices and labs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the dental or a related industry.
• Prior sales experience with dentists and dental labs is an advantage.
• Experience and proficiency in consultative B2B selling is an advantage.
• Fluency in the local language and English.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong customer and business orientation, with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented, entrepreneurial and performance-driven, with strong execution skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a practical can-do attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Team-oriented, adaptable and committed to high standards of integrity and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned geographic territory to maximize sales revenue and meet country-specific sales objectives.
• Plan and execute a territory activity plan based on the potential of each account.
• Grow existing accounts and identify, target and convert new business with dentists, surgeons and implantologists.
• Use customer insights, data and analytics to identify opportunities, prioritize activity and manage risks.
• Build long-term relationships with dental practices, dental labs and Key Opinion Leaders to support future clinical education.
• Educate customers on the Straumann Group portfolio through in-clinic and digital sessions using platforms such as Zoom and Teams.
• Provide excellent in-person attention and support customers in becoming clinically confident with the portfolio.
• Support marketing launches and execute new product sales objectives.
• Negotiate prices and delivery times within delegated authority and close sales orders to meet revenue targets.
• Participate in regional and national trade shows, sales meetings and training meetings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Education, Marketing, Customer Services and Field Sales across franchises.
