Job summary

Arctic Wolf in Norway is seeking a Channel Account Manager I to drive growth by building and expanding partner relationships across the Norwegian market.

You will develop partner growth strategies, enable partners through training, and collaborate with Nordic teams to hit ambitious sales targets. This role requires several years in channel sales, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English and Norwegian.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Channel Account Manager role.
• Proven success in channel sales and partner development.
• 2+ years in channel sales and territory management.
• Experience building and executing partner plans.
• Solid knowledge of distribution channel sales models.
• Strong forecasting, pipeline and closing skills.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with Select Partner accounts.
• Develop partner enablement and training plans with milestones.
• Coordinate Sales, Support, Services, and Leadership for partners.
• Own pipeline management and forecast accuracy in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets and growth objectives.
• Drive adoption of Arctic Wolf technologies across partners.
• Recruit and onboard new qualifying partners and align with channel program.
