Job summary

DNV Cyber is seeking a commercially driven Regional Director to lead operations across Norway, Sweden and Denmark. The role carries P&L accountability for a ~400 MNOK business and a team of ~85, requiring strong leadership, strategic acumen and hands-on execution across multiple markets.

You will report to the CEO of DNV Cyber, shaping the region's growth, profitability and market visibility while collaborating with global experts and leaders to advance cybersecurity services in Scandinavia.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading a sizeable business or region with P&L accountability in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of technology services, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Experience leading other leaders and driving change and transformation.
• Strong written and spoken English; Norwegian or Swedish is a strong advantage.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional strategy for Scandinavia with clear commercial and operational priorities.
• Deliver sustainable growth with accountability for revenue, EBIT and performance indicators.
• Lead and develop the regional leadership team and align goals and accountability.
• Strengthen market position by engaging senior customers and external stakeholders.
• Drive collaboration across countries and service areas to leverage expertise.
• Ensure governance, risk management, compliance, safety and ESG awareness.
