If Commercial in Norway is seeking a Coastal Hull Underwriter to join the Nordic Marine team. You will build a portfolio of coastal hull business for commercial customers, balance risk, price, and profitability, and collaborate with brokers, customers, and colleagues across Norway and the Nordic region.

You will assess exposures, determine pricing, negotiate terms, and support sales while contributing to portfolio performance and loss prevention.

In this role, you will work with one of the leading marine insurance portfolios in the Nordic market, partnering with customers, brokers, and colleagues to deliver sustainable and profitable insurance solutions. **About the role**As a Coastal Hull Underwriter, you will be responsible for underwriting and developing a portfolio of coastal hull business for commercial customers. You will balance customer needs, risk appetite, and profitability through sound underwriting judgement, risk analysis, and effective pricing. You will work closely with brokers, customers, sales teams across Norway, and underwriting colleagues throughout the Nordic region. The role offers a unique opportunity to influence portfolio performance while contributing to business development, customer relationships, and loss prevention initiatives.
