Business Operations Executive
Skuld is now looking for a dedicated Business Operations Executive to join our Hull team in Oslo.
In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring the quality and accuracy of insurance documentation and premium processing, while collaborating closely with colleagues across Underwriting, Accounting and Claims.

The role
What you will do:
- Manage policy data, insurance values, premium calculations, and terms and conditions in our insurance system (INS+)
- Register, reconcile and close premiums, and process policy changes throughout the policy period
- Maintain and follow up on assigned portfolios, including documentation and closing instructions
- Assist with KYC and sanctions checks, and other relevant tasks supporting our Hull team
- Respond to and follow up on enquiries from brokers, clients and colleagues
- Build broker and client relationships
- Register and maintain account information
- Work closely with colleagues across Underwriting, Accounting and Claims
What we are looking for:
- Higher education in business administration, economics or a related field, or at least three years of relevant work experience
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with calculations
- A structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A quick learner of new tools including AI
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluent in English and Norwegian, both spoken and written, at a high professional level
