We are looking for one or more Managers / Shift Managers to join The Old Irish Pub at Majorstuen in Oslo.

We are looking for people with experience from bars restaurants or the nightlife industry who are ready to take responsibility and become part of our management team.

You do not necessarily need to have worked as a Manager before but you need relevant experience from the industry and be confident working in daily operations.

We are looking for someone who can quickly get into the role learn our routines and take responsibility for the operation staff and guests.

You will work together with the rest of the management team and responsibilities will be shared between several people. How much responsibility you take will depend on your experience and skills but we are looking for people who are ready to take responsibility from an early stage.

For the right person there will be opportunities for more responsibility more hours and potentially a full time position in the future.

• You are service minded and enjoy working with both staff and guests
• You want to develop and take on more responsibility
• You are available to work evenings nights and weekends
• Relevant experience from the industry is required. Previous experience as a Manager, Shift Manager, Supervisor or similar is an advantage.
• You will of course receive training in our routines and systems but we are looking for someone with enough experience to quickly get into the role and take responsibility without a long training period.
• Maybe you are already working as a bartender or supervisor and are looking for more responsibility or maybe you have previous management experience from the nightlife industry and are looking for a new challenge.

Position:Part time with the possibility of more hours and a full time position in the future
