The Old Irish Pub at Majorstuen, Oslo is seeking one or more Managers / Shift Managers to join the team. You will enter a fast-paced nightlife environment and help run daily operations, leading staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience from bars, restaurants or nightlife.
• Able to take responsibility and operate with staff.
• Willing to work evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the daily operation during your shifts.
• Lead and support the staff.
• Organise and delegate tasks during the shift.
• Make sure routines and standards are followed.
• Assist with staffing and planning.
• Training and follow up of employees.
• Make sure our guests receive good service and have a great experience.
• Handle challenges and make decisions when needed.
• Contribute to a good working environment.
• Work closely with the rest of the management team.
• Be operational and present during evenings nights and weekends.
