Job summary

Ramboll Group in Norway is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for our Power Systems department to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client interfaces, and deliver high‑quality HV design and engineering solutions.

You will coordinate with local and global experts, oversee tendering and contracts, mentor junior engineers, and support site activities, while leveraging Norwegian and English communication and PMI‑style project management.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Recent energy industry experience in a Project Management role.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills; collaboration across countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver HV design and engineering solutions.
• Act as key client interface, ensuring clear scope and building long-term partnerships.
• Oversee tendering activities, contract negotiations and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate with other business areas to ensure integrated, cost-effective solutions.
• Manage technical and commercial aspects, ensuring schedules and budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster cross-border collaboration.
• Support site and field activities, including follow-up and QA.
