Rambøll is seeking a Project Manager for Power Systems in Norway, coordinating across multiple offices including Oslo, Trondheim, and Bergen to deliver HV design and engineering solutions. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client interfaces, and oversee tendering and contracts with a focus on delivering value.

Competenze

• Degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering, power systems engineering, or related field.
• Strong PM experience in the energy sector.
• Leadership, communication and stakeholder management across countries.
• Client-facing with evidence of delivering value.
• Proficient in Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
• PM certification is an advantage but not required.
• Mentoring and knowledge sharing with peers.
