Job summary

Ramboll in Norway seeks a Project Manager to lead HV design and engineering projects with clients and internal stakeholders. You will guide teams across borders, ensure clear scope, and manage technical and commercial aspects while safeguarding budgets and schedules.

Ideal candidates bring electrical/energy engineering background, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Norwegian and English fluency are required, PMI is a plus, and remote-friendly arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical-related field required.
• Experience in energy projects and project management.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
• Client-facing track record and trusted relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PM tools.
• Proficiency in Norwegian and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams across local and global experts.
• Interface with clients; ensure scope clarity and partnerships.
• Oversee tendering, contracts, and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate across buildings, transport, environment, and other areas.
• Manage technical and commercial aspects, align with schedules and budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster cross-border collaboration.
• Support site activities, follow-up, and quality assurance.
