Job summary

Rambøll in Norway is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Power Systems to lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage client relations and deliver high-quality HV design and engineering solutions. You will work with clients and internal leads to plan, execute, and close projects across our growing portfolio.

Key strengths include strong leadership and communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering, or power systems engineering.
• Strong, recent experience in a Project Management position in the Energy sector.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles with a track record of delivering value.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• Project management certification (PMI) is an advantage, but not required.
• Commitment to mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams with local and global experts to deliver HV design and engineering solutions.
• Act as a key client interface—clarifying scope, safeguarding client interests, and building long-term partnerships.
• Oversee tendering activities, contract negotiations, and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate with other business areas to ensure integrated, cost-effective solutions.
• Manage technical and commercial aspects, ensuring alignment with schedules and budgets.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering cross-border collaboration.
• Support site activities, follow-up, and quality assurance.
