Ramboll in Norway is seeking a Project Manager for Power Systems to lead multidisciplinary teams, interface with clients, and manage scope, schedule and budget across diverse power projects.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate across borders, and coordinate with internal leads to deliver high-quality HV design and engineering solutions while maintaining strong client relationships in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical/energy/power systems or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Client-facing experience and cross-country collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver HV design and engineering solutions.
• Act as key client interface, safeguarding interests and building partnerships.
• Oversee tendering, negotiations and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate with buildings, transport, environment and other areas for integrated solutions.
• Manage technical and commercial aspects, maintain schedules and budgets.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers across borders.
• Support site activities with follow-up and QA.
