Job summary

Ramboll is hiring a Project Manager in Norway to drive planning, execution, and delivery of power systems projects. You will collaborate with clients and internal leads to ensure high-quality HV design and engineering outcomes.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee tenders and stakeholder relations, and mentor junior engineers while supporting site activities. Remote work is possible within our flexible model.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical/energy/power systems engineering.
• Strong leadership, communications, and stakeholder management.
• Client-facing experience delivering value and building trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver HV design and engineering solutions.
• Act as key client interface, safeguarding client interests and building partnerships.
• Oversee tendering, contract negotiations, and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate with buildings, transport, environment, and management consulting for integrated solutions.
• Manage technical and commercial aspects to align with schedules and budgets.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers across borders.
• Support site and field activities including QA.
