Job summary

Rambøll seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead power systems projects in Norway, coordinating with clients and global experts to deliver high-quality HV design and engineering. You will drive planning, execution and delivery while mentoring junior engineers and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires excellent communication in Norwegian and English, and a proactive mindset in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical, energy, or power systems engineering.
• Recent PM role in the energy sector with client-facing duties.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder skills.
• Proficient in Norwegian and English; PMI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver HV design and engineering solutions.
• Act as key client interface, safeguard interests, and build partnerships.
• Oversee tendering, contract negotiations, and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate with other business areas for integrated solutions.
• Manage technical and commercial aspects, ensure schedules and budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster cross-border collaboration.
• Support site and field activities with QA.
