Job summary

Landmark, a Halliburton company, is seeking a Junior Office Assistant to help keep our Oslo office running smoothly, efficiently and professionally each day. You will serve as a primary point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors and service providers, ensuring the workplace is organized, welcoming and well supported.

You will work closely with the Oslo Office Manager and collaborate with teams across locations.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in administration or reception.
  • Experience in administration, reception, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Education in service, administration, or related field is an advantage.
  • Good IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft 365.
  • Willingness to learn systems, procedures and administrative processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with reception duties and day-to-day office support.
  • Be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and service providers.
  • Help keep the Oslo office organized, welcoming and well supported.

We are looking for a Junior Office Assistant to help keep our Oslo office running smoothly, efficiently, and professionally every day. This is a varied, hands‑on role combining reception duties with practical day-to-day support for a fast-growing team. You will be one of the first points of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and service providers, while helping ensure that the workplace is organized, welcoming, and well supported.

You will work closely with the Oslo Office Manager and interact with colleagues across different teams and locations. The role suits someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable moving between different tasks throughout the day, and is willing to take initiative when something needs attention.

Previous office experience is helpful, but it is not the most important thing. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, approachable and service-minded, with a willingness to take ownership and get things done.

Qualifications
