Job summary

Easee is seeking an IT Specialist to own and continuously improve its cloud-only IT setup, serving as the first dedicated IT person. The role blends hands-on troubleshooting with strategic thinking, aiming to fix root causes and broaden responsibilities into integrations, business systems, and the data platform.

The position requires English and a Norwegian edge is a plus. You will work across locations with high freedom to shape the IT function from day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience within IT in solution management, security, or hands-on improvement.
• A vocational qualification in ICT, a Bachelor’s degree in IT, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin or similar system management.
• Experience with security management and improvement work.
• Structured, accountable, and service-minded with a drive to learn.
• You’re solution-oriented and comfortable switching between tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve Easee's cloud-only IT setup.
• Provide hands-on IT support and troubleshooting.
• Identify root causes and implement long-term improvements.
• Collaborate on integrations, business systems, and the data platform.
• Work with modern, cloud-based solutions across locations.
