We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Oslo Norway As the IT Manager you will be responsible for overseeing our companys technology infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation Your main goal will be to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems while also providing technical support to our employees

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of all technology systems including hardware software and networks
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and system reliability
• Monitor and analyze technology performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Provide technical support to employees on hardware and software issues
• Identify training needs for employees to improve their technical skills

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing technology needs
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ Network+ or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer MCSE
• Familiarity with cloud computing services such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure

Salary $1000 per month negotiable based on experience
