Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as IT Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and databases.
• Experience with project management and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of all technology systems including hardware, software, and networks.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and system reliability.
• Monitor and analyze technology performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide technical support to employees on hardware and software issues.
• Identify training needs for employees to improve their technical skills.
• Manage the IT budget including purchasing of equipment and software licenses.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology to recommend new systems or upgrades that could benefit the company.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.
