Job summary

Head Energy Consulting AS is seeking a HR Administrator to provide first-line HR support, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, and prepare payroll inputs. You will maintain SAP SuccessFactors data, process HR documentation, and support recruitment activities in a dynamic Scandinavian engineering environment.

The role requires fluency in Norwegian and English, proficiency with MS Office, and an interest in systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR or business management or administration.
• Recent graduate or some experience in HR, administration, or a similar support role.
• Proficient in business English and Norwegian, written and spoken.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Interest in systems, processes and how technology can contribute to more efficient ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR support and respond to employee inquiries.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including employee communication, first day at the office and system access.
• Prepare monthly payroll input and support benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate employee data in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Fiori.
• Process HR documentation, including employment certificates, parental leave documents, and other employee letters.
• Manage vacation balance administration and employee leave-related processes.
• Support recruitment administration, including job postings and coordination with hiring managers.
• Process invoices and maintain accounting information in SAP Fiori.
• Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and system implementations.
• Project owner of leave management system implementation
