Job summary

Head Energy is seeking an HR Administrator in Oslo to provide first-line HR support, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, and maintain employee data in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Fiori.

You will prepare monthly payroll input, support benefits administration, and assist with recruitment, HR documentation, and leave processes. A recent graduate or early-career professional is welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in HR, business management, or administration.
• Holds a relevant degree in HR, business administration, organizational studies, finance, or related field.
• Recent graduate or some experience in HR, administration, or a support role.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proficient in business English and Norwegian.
• Interest in systems, processes, and technology to improve workflows.
• Strong communication in Norwegian and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR support and respond to employee inquiries.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including communication, first day at the office and system access.
• Prepare monthly payroll input and support benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate employee data in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Fiori.
• Process HR documentation, including employment certificates and parental leave documents.
• Manage vacation balance administration and leave-related processes.
• Support recruitment administration, including job postings and coordination with hiring managers.
• Process invoices and maintain accounting information in SAP Fiori.
• Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and system implementations.
• Project owner of leave management system implementation
