The Head of Delivery oversees the delivery teams, ensuring projects meet time, cost, and quality targets while sustaining profitability and client satisfaction.

Based in Stavanger, Norway, you will collaborate with the European Leadership Team and regional teams to optimise operations, safety, and performance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Marine Engineering and Construction, preferably in Norway.
• Senior leadership in Rentals or related field with KPI delivery track record.
• Proven budgets and financial accounts management for targets and sustainability.
• Strategic planning skills with ability to implement processes.
• Expertise in process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead Motive AS operational and project teams to ensure financial viability, sustainability and KPI targets.
• Drive project delivery across time, cost, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with European Leadership to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Manage resources, training, and development of offshore personnel.
• Attend customer meetings and support cross-team coordination for scope management.
• Report status to Regional Manager and ensure safe, compliant operations.
