Job summary

Motive Offshore Group is seeking a Head of Delivery based in Stavanger to lead our operational and project teams, ensuring profitability, sustainability and KPI achievement. You will drive cross‑regional collaboration with the European Leadership Team and coordinate with TIC and Rentals to deliver quality projects on time and within budget.

You will promote a positive, values‑driven culture, manage stakeholders, and develop offshore personnel while aligning with our sustainability initiatives

Qualifications

• Considerable and demonstrable experience in a suitable industry role, preferably in Marine Engineering and Construction within Norway.
• Extensive experience in a senior leadership role within Rentals or a related field, with a proven track record of managing divisions and delivering on KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial accounts, with a focus on achieving financial targets and long-term sustainability.
• Proven strategic planning skills, with the ability to set long-term goals and implement processes to achieve them.
• Expertise in process improvement and operational efficiency, with experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Motive AS operational and project teams to ensure targets and KPIs are met.
• Collaborate with the European Leadership Team to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee delivery of projects from contract award to close-out, managing budget, resources, and client satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across Europe.
• Ensure compliance with Motive Group policies and safety standards.
• Represent Delivery teams in status reporting to Regional Manager.
• Support and develop offshore personnel through training and performance management.
