Job summary

The Motive Offshore Group is seeking a Project Manager – Subsea Testing in Stavanger, Norway, to lead end-to-end subsea testing projects for tier-one operators. You will plan, mobilise, execute and close-out while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and safeguarding safety, cost and schedule objectives.

You will act as the primary client contact during execution, manage relationships at senior level, and work with the Subsea Manager to secure repeat business while upholding our standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing complex subsea projects end to end.
• Experience in subsea testing, pre-commissioning or installation.
• Fluent in English; Norwegian knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness including change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing meetings and provide regular project reports.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts and invoicing.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams and offshore personnel.
• Develop project execution plans and manage changes.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and regulatory requirements.
