Growth Manager, Energy Simulation – EMEA

Falkor is seeking a Growth Manager to expand our Energy Simulation business across the EMEA region. You will lead efforts to secure new logos and upsell to current customers, while driving ARR growth and collaborating with Product and Marketing to strengthen our value propositions.

In this role you will manage bid processes, align with Sales and Customer teams, and ensure CRM accuracy. A strong energy industry background and energy process simulation knowledge are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant technical fields.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong sales experience and domain knowledge from the Energy industry; preferably Process Simulation or Flow Assurance.
• Self-driven with positive attitude and good cooperative skills.
• Clear and concise communication with diverse audiences, oral and written.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills including negotiation and persuasion.

Mansioni

• Grow the Energy Simulation business in EMEA.
• Secure new logos and upsell/cross-sell to existing customers.
• Maximise Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in a timely manner.
• Identify upselling opportunities to existing customers and simulator deliveries.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to position Energy Simulation and build value propositions.
• Lead bid processes for Energy Simulation offerings and support larger deals where it is a component of Falkor Surface.
• Accurately manage leads, opportunities and recurring revenue in CRM.
• Identify and propose improvements to procedures, working methods and tools.
