Falkor, part of KONGSBERG Digital, seeks a Growth Manager to expand the Energy Simulation business in EMEA. You will secure new logos and upsell to existing customers while collaborating with Product and Marketing to position value and win larger deals.

The role requires a technical background in energy processes, strong sales discipline, and leadership to drive cross‑functional teams across multiple countries, cultures and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant technical fields.
• Strong sales experience with energy industry domain knowledge (Process Simulation or Flow Assurance).
• Self-driven with positive attitude and cooperative skills.
• Clear and concise communication across diverse audiences; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Grow Energy Simulation business in the EMEA region.
• Secure new logos and upsell/cross-sell to existing customers.
• Understand customer challenges and position Falkor accordingly.
• Maximise ARR and manage opportunities in CRM.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to articulate value propositions.
• Lead bid processes and support larger deals where Energy Simulation is a component.
• Identify process improvements in procedures and tools.
