Job summary

Assetara Limited is seeking a proactive Recruiter to support global hiring efforts. The role focuses on talent sourcing, candidate communication, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers, largely in a remote, international setting.

You will conduct 2–3 first-stage video interviews per day via Zoom or Google Meet, maintain recruitment records, and ensure accurate representation of Assetara’s brand and offerings during outreach.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, sales, or talent acquisition is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and professional candidate experience.
• Ability to use Zoom, Google Meet, job boards, and basic spreadsheets or CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Search for and engage potential employees through professional networks, job boards, social media, referrals, and other appropriate sourcing channels.
• Candidate Communication: Contact candidates professionally, explain relevant job opportunities using approved information, and answer general recruitment questions.
• Company Knowledge: Complete onboarding and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Assetara’s business, products, values, recruitment standards, and approved communications.
• Video Interviews: Conduct 2–3 structured first-stage video meetings per working day with potential employees via Zoom or Google Meet, subject to qualified candidate availability and agreed scheduling.
• Screening & Coordination: Assess experience, communication skills, motivation, and role fit; refer suitable candidates to the relevant hiring manager or next interview stage.
• Recruitment Records: Keep candidate information and interview feedback accurate in the Company’s approved tracking tools or CRM, in line with privacy requirements.
