United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment for technical customer-facing roles in a fast-scaling, international environment. You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and candidates, guiding the full life-cycle—from sourcing to offer—while delivering market insights and leveraging real-time data from our ATS to shape hiring decisions.

Qualifications

Background recruiting technical customer facing roles.
Strong understanding of technology and industry trends.
End to end recruitment from Sourcing to Offer Management.
Inhouse, agency or RPO experience for Product/Technology/IT services.
Proficiency in ATS and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

Partner with regional hiring managers to understand needs and provide strategic advice.
Lead full cycle recruitment for Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Services, PreSales roles.
Develop sourcing strategies using multiple channels and referrals.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely feedback.
Provide market intelligence to support hiring decisions and strategy.
