Job summary

Orkla Snacks is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our ability to attract, recruit and onboard talent across markets. The role combines hands-on recruitment for central positions with global process ownership for talent acquisition, onboarding and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, leadership, organizational psychology or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and advising hiring managers.
• Experience improving recruitment processes, tools and systems, including the use of data and AI.
• Strong project and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with employer branding, onboarding, workforce planning or an international matrix organization is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; an additional Scandinavian or Baltic language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the global recruitment policy, process and recruitment system.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job briefing and sourcing to selection, offer and onboarding handover.
• Advise hiring managers on structured interviews, assessment methods, fair selection and effective sourcing strategies.
• Build talent pipelines and use recruitment data, metrics and AI‑enabled solutions to improve quality, efficiency and candidate experience.
• Shape and activate Orkla Snacks’ employer brand and employee value proposition together with Communications and local People teams.
• Own and develop a scalable group‑wide onboarding framework that supports culture, engagement and faster time to productivity.
• Coordinate the annual People budgeting and workforce‑planning process in close collaboration with Finance, business leaders and People Partners.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, data privacy requirements and applicable employment legislation.
