Job summary

Assetara Limited is seeking a Talent Scout to actively source, engage, and screen high-potential candidates for our remote growth in AI-fintech. You will act as a headhunter and sales professional, presenting the Assetara opportunity and maintaining candidate records.

This fully remote role requires strong communication, the ability to conduct concise interviews, and disciplined pipeline management. Prior experience in cold sales or recruitment is a plus, and you will report to the Regional

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and ability to handle objections professionally.
• Proficient with Zoom/Meet and basic data tracking.
• English writing and speaking at a basic–intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Direct Sourcing & Outreach: Source potential candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram channels, networks and job boards.
• Candidate Engagement: Outreach, present Assetara opportunity, answer questions.
• First-Stage Screening: 15–20 minute interviews to assess motivation and fit.
• Daily Interview Activity: Conduct 2–3 first-stage interviews per working day.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain candidate records and refer to Regional Manager for final interviews.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies and recruitment practices.
