Job summary

Nofence, a Norwegian scale-up, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to shape how we hire globally. You will design interview processes, optimize our ATS, and coach hiring managers to raise standards while moving fast.

You will lead full-cycle searches across engineering, commercial, and operations, partnering with the People team and reporting to the VP of People. You will build market intelligence for new markets and strengthen our employer brand.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience running full-cycle recruiting independently, across multiple role types simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience helping hiring managers hire better without removing them from the process.
• Solid sourcing capability.
• Experience recruiting across more than one country, including hard-to-fill or specialist roles.
• Ability to advise and influence hiring managers on scope, level, and fit, using data.
• Knowledge of GDPR and AI tools in recruitment, including data handling and governance.
• Analytical, can build simple recruiting dashboards and interpret funnel data.
• Curiosity about AI in recruiting and willingness to adapt as tools mature.
• Fluent English required; Norwegian a strong plus; other European languages welcome.

• Multi-geography sourcing and market intelligence; brief agencies when needed
• Hiring manager partnership: scope roles, advise on level, push back with data

• Tool governance and Talent Acquisition data management and reporting
