You will design interview processes, optimize our ATS usage for productivity and compliance, and partner with hiring managers to ensure accurate role scoping and effective searches across markets.

Qualifications

• Three+ years running full-cycle recruiting independently across multiple roles.
• Helps hiring managers hire better while keeping them involved.
• Strong sourcing capabilities across markets and functions.
• Experience recruiting across more than one country, including hard-to-fill roles.
• Comfort advising on scope/level with data and conviction.
• GDPR knowledge and use of AI tools in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end full-cycle recruiting for engineering, commercial, and operations roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs, scope, and level requirements.
• Build market intelligence on talent availability and compensation norms.
• Govern ATS usage, improve processes, and provide governance with data.
• Enhance candidate experience and employer branding across markets.
