TechnipFMC in Norway (Kongsberg) seeks an experienced recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team. You will manage the full recruitment cycle end-to-end and partner with leadership, hiring managers, HRBP, and the Hub India team to design compelling job descriptions and ads.

The role involves screening, shortlisting, interviews, compensation evaluations, and building strong candidate pipelines while ensuring compliance with global standards and local regulations.

Qualificações

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong partnerships across People & Culture.
• Compliance with hiring procedures and pre-employment screenings.
• Effective candidate communication throughout hiring process.
• Collaboration with internal communications teams.
• Experience evaluating and implementing People & Culture programs.
• Competency in identifying and shortlisting candidates.
• Database maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
• Partner with leadership, hiring managers and HRBP to understand needs.
• Collaborate with Hub India on job descriptions and ads.
• Identify and implement efficient recruitment methods, including AI tools.
• Screen candidates, shortlisting, and conduct interviews.
• Assist with compensation evaluations for offers.
• Coach and mentor hiring community on best practices.
• Develop candidate pipelines and maintain talent pools.
• Use innovative sourcing techniques (internet search, social media, career fairs, events, referrals).
• Ensure compliance with global standards and local regulations.
• Manage high volume requisitions and changing priorities.
