Seccl is seeking a Talent Partner to join our People team in a hybrid role based in London or Edinburgh. You will own end-to-end recruitment, primarily for Product and Engineering, building strong relationships with hiring managers and delivering a fast, high-quality hiring process.

You will need to navigate ambiguity, move quickly, and maintain a high hiring bar while ensuring a brilliant candidate experience. The role offers a generous salary and extensive benefits within a scaling fintech.

Qualifications

• Experience owning and delivering end-to-end recruitment across multiple live roles in a fast moving, scaling business.
• Genuine expertise in Product and Engineering hiring with market knowledge to work credibly with hiring teams.
• Confident direct sourcer who can find, engage and build relationships with strong candidates.

Responsibilities

• Delivering end-to-end hiring across a portfolio of roles, primarily within Product and Engineering.
• Build candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, agency management and creative search approaches.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs, share market insight and support strong decisions.
• Maintain a high hiring bar and an engaging candidate experience.
