Job summary

KONGSBERG is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive sales of its Infrastructure & Communications portfolio. You will manage customer accounts, develop new business and achieve sales targets across markets including maritime, surveillance, security and defence.

The role requires a background in telecom, defence or robotics, with strong knowledge of communication tech, radar and related fields, and willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Technical education or proven technical knowledge in relevant fields (e.g., IT, automation, robotics).
• 3–5+ years of operational experience in relevant industries.
• Experience and success in solution-based sales and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of communication systems such as mobile broadband radio and new developments.
• Promote infrastructure solutions such as AIS and radar detection sensors for terrestrial and space-based applications.
• Lead sales of drone detection radar systems for civilian and military use.
• Represent KONGSBERG at industry conferences and exhibitions.
