Job summary

KONGSBERG invites applications for a Senior Sales Manager in the Discovery division. Based in Trondheim, you will drive growth by managing key accounts, developing new business, and achieving sales targets across the Inertial product portfolio, including IMU, AHRS and INS solutions, while representing the company at industry events.

Ideally you have maritime experience and a track record in solution-based sales, negotiations, and international travel.

Qualifications

• Technical education or proven technical knowledge in relevant fields.
• 3 to 5 years+ operational experience in relevant industry.
• Experience and proven success in solution-based sales and negotiations.
• Self-drive and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Awareness of relevant industries / competitors.

Responsibilities

• Sales of current Inertial systems and new developments within IMU, AHRS and INS product lines.
• Represent KONGSBERG at industry conferences and exhibitions.
• Meetings and follow-up with customers and integrators.
• Prepare quotations and engage in contract negotiations.
• Achieving forecasted sales targets for defined areas.
• International travel will be required.
