Job summary

KONGSBERG is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue across infrastructure and communications products. You will manage customer accounts, develop new business, and hit sales targets in multiple sectors including maritime, radar, and drone detection, with international travel as needed.

Ideal candidates bring a technical background, 3–5+ years of sales experience, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset. English is the working language, and pre-employment checks may apply.

Qualifications

• Technical education or proven technical knowledge in relevant fields.
• 3–5+ years of operational experience in relevant industries.
• Experience and success in solution-based sales and negotiations.
• Self-driven, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Awareness of relevant industries, markets and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of communication systems and new developments.
• Promote infrastructure solutions for terrestrial and space-based applications.
• Lead sales of drone detection radar systems for civilian and military use.
• Represent KONGSBERG at industry conferences and exhibitions.
• Meet and follow up with customers and integrators.
• Prepare quotations and manage contract negotiations.
• Achieve sales targets for defined markets and regions.
• Travel internationally as required.
