Job summary

Kongsberg Gruppen is seeking a Senior Sales Manager in the Inertial portfolio to drive growth across maritime and new domains. You will manage customer accounts, identify opportunities, and close deals while traveling internationally as needed. Ideally you bring a maritime background with motion-sensing expertise.

Qualifications

Technical education or proven technical knowledge in relevant fields.
Operational experience in a relevant industry (3–5+ years).
Proven success in solution-based sales and negotiations.
Self-drive and a solution-oriented mindset.
Awareness of relevant industries / competitors.

Responsibilities

Sales of current KONGSBERG Inertial systems and new developments within IMU, AHRS and INS product lines.
Represent KONGSBERG at industry conferences and exhibitions.
Meetings and follow-up with customers and integrators.
Prepare quotations and engage in contract negotiations.
Achieving forecasted sales targets for defined areas.
International travel will be required.
