Job summary

KONGSBERG Discovery is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for the Infrastructure & Communications portfolio to drive growth across maritime, defence and civilian sectors. You will manage customer accounts, develop new business opportunities, and achieve defined sales targets using your telecom, radar and drone detection expertise.

Ideal candidates have a technical education and 3–5+ years in relevant industries, with a proven track record in solution-based sales, negotiations, and international

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of communication systems such as mobile broadband radio and new developments.
• Promote infrastructure solutions such as AIS and radar detection sensors for terrestrial and space-based applications.
• Lead sales of drone detection radar systems for both civilian and military use.
• Represent KONGSBERG at industry conferences and exhibitions.
• Meet and follow up with customers and integrators.
• Prepare quotations and manage contract negotiations.
• Achieve sales targets for defined markets and regions.
• Travel internationally as required.
