Falkor is seeking a Vice President, SiteCom Growth to lead the commercial growth of SiteCom, Falkor's real-time operational intelligence platform for drilling and well operations. • Proven track record of revenue growth and winning complex enterprise opportunities.
• Experience leading commercial teams across international markets.
• Strong understanding of software, SaaS, or operational technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and inspire a global team of commercial professionals.
• Create a high-performance culture focused on customer value, accountability, and commercial excellence.
• Coach and support team members throughout the sales cycle to develop both commercial and industry capability.
• Establish clear objectives, performance measures, and growth plans for the team.
• Own SiteCom's global revenue growth strategy and commercial performance.
• Drive new customer acquisition, account expansion, and long-term customer value creation.
• Personally lead strategic sales opportunities and executive-level customer engagements.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across operators, service companies, and industry partners.
• Develop repeatable go-to-market approaches that support scalable growth across regions and customer segments.
• Act as a trusted advisor with deep understanding of drilling, wells, and operational workflows.
• Represent Falkor and SiteCom at industry events and customer engagements.
• Contribute to SiteCom's market positioning and growth strategy.
• Partner with Product and Delivery to align customer needs with priorities; work with Marketing to increase market awareness.
