Academic Work Norge is seeking a Partner Growth Specialist in Trondheim, Norway. You will be responsible for onboarding partners, guiding them through Kiona's solutions, and ensuring their success. A vital part of your role involves building strong relationships and providing technical coaching while working closely with the sales team.

The ideal candidate is a fluent French speaker with a solid technical background in building technology or IoT, enjoys and excels in an international setting, and is motivated by helping others succeed. This position offers excellent onboarding and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Solid technical background in building technology or related field.
• Enjoys working internationally and has relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a successful onboarding journey as a technical coach.
• Support partners during their first project to build confidence.
• Teach partners how to communicate the value of Kiona’s solutions.
• Follow up with partners closely to encourage independence.
• Collaborate with local and central teams for quality support.
