Pax8, Inc. is seeking a native level Norwegian speaking Partner Development Manager based in the Oslo region. This fully remote role supports expanding Pax8's partner ecosystem and driving cloud solutions to Norwegian SMBs.

You will engage with partners, create sales strategies, and foster opportunities in a fast-moving environment. Ideal candidates will have a commercial mindset, curiosity, and the ability to navigate complex tech solutions, with a track record of growing partner relationships

Qualifications

• Native level Norwegian language required.
• Based in the Oslo region with the right to work in Norway.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop the Norwegian partner ecosystem by identifying and winning new business opportunities.
• Create and execute a structured sales strategy to maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Partner with MSPs to uncover customer challenges and position cloud solutions.
