Qualifications

• Experience as Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• International cuisine knowledge with a European/Scandinavian focus.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Excellent communication with staff, management and guests.
• Must have current Norway work permit or visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and create menus showcasing international cuisine and reflect current trends.
• Oversee preparation and cooking to ensure high quality and presentation.
• Manage inventory and control costs to ensure profitability.
• Train, supervise and mentor kitchen staff for consistency and excellence.
