Instabee is seeking a service-minded individual to join our customer service team in Oslo. You will handle inquiries via SMS, chat, email and phone, coordinate deliveries, and work to ensure every interaction strengthens our reputation and user experience.

The role requires fluent Norwegian and English, with 40–60% scheduling to cover evenings and swing shifts, including every other weekend. We value a structured, collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or similar role.
• Good system understanding and proficient use of various IT tools.
• Fluent written and spoken Norwegian and English.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, online stores and drivers via SMS, chat, email and phone.
• Handle inquiries of varying scope and complexity.
• Coordinate and follow up on deliveries in real time.
• Ensure excellent service and strengthen the company’s reputation.
• Contribute to a positive user experience for both Instabox and Porterbuddy.
• Focus on every delivery being a positive experience for the end user.
