Job summary

Instabee is seeking a service-minded individual to join our customer service team in Oslo. You will handle inquiries via SMS, chat, email and phone, coordinate deliveries, and work to ensure every interaction strengthens our reputation and user experience.

The role requires fluent Norwegian and English, with 40–60% scheduling to cover evenings and swing shifts, including every other weekend. We value a structured, collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.

Om Instabee Instabee was established in 2022 after the merger of Instabox and Budbee – two leading players in parcel delivery. The company brings together three strong brands: Budbee, Instabox and Porterbuddy. We deliver to millions of consumers across Europe and aim to become Europe’s leading parcel delivery provider.

We have opening hours Monday–Friday 08:00–22:30, Saturday 10:00-20:00 and Sunday 12:00–22:30. We are looking for someone who can work 40%–60%, i.e. 2–3 shifts per week. You will primarily work evenings and swing shifts, and you are expected to be available every other weekend.
